This lovely well decorated cozy double bedroom is available now in a very quiet area in Poole. The house is decorated to a high standard and we are looking for somebody who respects that, keeping the house tidy.

We are looking for an employed profession, non smoker who is cat tolerant (2 house cats).

You will have access to a shared bathroom which is almost opposite the room on the upper landing, share of kitchen and utility (housing washing machine, microwave and freezer space). The room does have an aerial socket should you wish to set up a TV. The main lounge is not offered as shared space.

The room will offer a double bed and mattress (both brand new), triple wardrobe, built in cupboard space and chair. There is room to add chest of drawers and tv should you wish to add these items.

Rent £600 pcm in advance.
Deposit £600.

Plenty of off road parking available in this quiet area near the beach and a 15 minute walk to Poole Quay.
