Spare room in lovingly renovated bungalow

Most important must like cats! They are house cats (except on leash, I've harness trained them) so I am looking for someone I can trust to be vigilant about open doors, they are high energy so honestly sometimes cause some background noise but I do make an effort to exercise them to keep this to a minimum.

I'm open to discuss other pets but it would need to be an animal that won't clash with my 2 cats , for example an outdoor rabbit would be fine but a dog probably not.

There is a large garden but being completely honest it's currently out of control, the house renovation took priority but I do hope to get a gardener soon and get on top of it.

I work as a manager in a supermarket I tend to work evening shifts, I'm definitely a night owl rather than morning person.
