Private Suite with Own Entrance, Garden & Bill

We’re looking for someone to rent a newly renovated space within our home. The accommodation has recently been completely refurbished, so everything is brand new, fresh and finished to a high standard.

The space includes a large, bright room with high ceilings and bay windows, exclusive use of a modern shower room and separate WC, together with a utility/kitchenette area with worktops, sink, washing machine and plenty of storage.

One of the biggest advantages is that you’ll have your own private entrance via the side of the house, meaning you can come and go independently and enjoy as much privacy as you’d like.

Although the accommodation is within our family home, it’s set up so you can very much keep to yourself if that’s your preference. Equally, you’re more than welcome to make use of our main kitchen and other shared areas if you’d like to. We’re relaxed and friendly, so we’re happy for you to treat it as your own home while also respecting your privacy if that’s what you prefer.

You’ll also have access to our large garden, and there’s plenty of free on-street parking directly outside.

We’re a friendly family with a toddler, so we’re looking for someone who is respectful, tidy and happy living in a family home.

£1,100 per month – all bills and Wi-Fi included.
