Double room in calm, cosy bungalow

Recently decorated and fully furnished double room available in my 3-bedroom bungalow.

The house has a lovely calm feel to it & I’m looking for a lodger to match that energy. I’m in my early 30s (live in landlord) & would like to share my space with someone who is clean, respectful and enjoys a similar balance of being sociable but also having their own downtime.

* Cosy lounge with a large sofa
* Shared spare room with daybed and desk, could be used as an additional living space
* Modern kitchen with integrated dishwasher and washing machine
* Shared bathroom with walk-in shower
* Conservatory with dining table, opening onto a large garden with patio and BBQ
* Garden cabin with a yoga/fitness space
* Driveway parking space & on road parking
* Bus stop directly outside and a convenient, fairly central location
* All bills included

I’m ideally looking for someone who is out during the daytime on weekdays where possible, as I work from home 3 days during the week.
Female only, no couples please.

Rent:
£725 pcm including bills for full-time.
I can also offer Sunday–Friday for £625 pcm including bills if that suits you better.

I don’t currently have any pets, although I may get a dog in the future, so you would need to be comfortable with that. I’m open to someone with a pet themselves, depending on the pet and circumstances.
