Double Room with Additional Living Space

Recently decorated fully furnished double room in a 3 bedroom bungalow.
-Use of a separate second room with a daybed, which can be used as your own lounge, home office or additional living space whenever I don’t have guests staying (which is rare)
-Bathroom with walk in shower (shared).
-Modern Kitchen/dining, Cosy lounge & Large garden.
-Parking space on the driveway & bus stop just outside, a pretty central location.
-Just finishing off decoration & furnishing of the additional room.

I’m a lady in my early 30s, love a chinwag but like to keep my home calm and tidy so would appreciate someone aligned. I love spending time by the sea or at the gym, very creative, bit of a coffee snob and love food! I work from home frequently and have an office set up in the cabin in the garden.

I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful and tidy who’d enjoy a calm, sociable home.
I would prefer someone part time/weekdays only (£650 incl. bills) but open to full time (£800pm incl. bills)

I currently don’t have any pets but may be getting a dog at some point so must be ok with that. Open to the possibility of you having a pet but all dependant on the scenario.
