Double room available in my home, fully furnished with a double bed, mattress and TV. The bedroom door has a lock and comes with a set of 2 keys.

I’m a live-in landlord and am looking for a female working professional who is respectful, clean and considerate.

My home is a very relaxed and calm environment. I have a 3-year-old Chihuahua, so you must be someone who likes dogs 🐶. I work Monday–Friday, go to the gym most evenings after work and am generally in bed by around 10pm, so the house is usually quiet during the week.

I don’t mind smoking in the garden, but the house itself is strictly non-smoking.

I take a lot of pride in my home and keep it very clean and immaculate, so I’d be looking for someone who is clean and tidy, cleans up after themselves and leaves shared spaces how they would like to find them.

You’ll have access to laundry facilities and parking, as well as the shared areas of the home.

I’m looking for someone who will be respectful of my home but also feel comfortable and able to make it their own. I’d like it to feel like a home rather than just a room to rent.

Monthly rolling contract
1 month’s deposit required upfront
1 month’s notice required to terminate
