Good-sized furnished room available in a clean and comfortable home. Comes with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Shared use of the kitchen, living areas and appliances including fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and washing machine. Other bedrooms are private. There is only one bathroom with a bath that also is a shower.

I have a Belgian Malinois puppy who is generally quiet, especially at night. She doesn’t stay at the property all the time and will bark if she hears someone at the door.

Looking for a clean, respectful and considerate person who gets on well with dogs.
