I am currently looking for someone to rent out my spare room in my family home in canford heath from the 1st September 2026.
It’s myself and my 2 daughters older teenagers plus 4 indoor cats. I also rent out my other spare room.
The house is 3 storeys and the room in question is on the top floor where the bathroom is situated.
The room has a single bed, a set of draws, few other bits of furniture in it. But happy to remove any of this if have own furniture want to use.
I am looking at £550 a month rental. £100 security deposit.
