Six en-suite rooms, walking distance to town centre shops, bus routes and Poole hospital with a local pub just around the corner.

The property is fully furnished to a high standard.

There are 6 people maximum in this house. Each has its own LCD SMART TV and super fast wifi is available throughout the house. We are not able to take couples as we are only licensed for 6 people. This is a non smoking or vaping house.

A fully equipped communal kitchen, complete with double fridges and freezers.

Washing machine and tumble dryer at no extra cost plus outside clothes line.

Very large sunny garden, patio/barbecue area.

Parking- available on street with permit only £50 per year. There is also a front drive to park on, first come first in.

Rent includes - all bills including a cleaner and gardener for the common areas once every two weeks. The cleaner is also available to clean tenant rooms for a small charge.

Each bedroom - is fully furnished with a bed, orthopaedic mattress, wardrobe and a combination of drawers, shelves and bedside tables depending on the room. All have en-suite shower rooms.

All fire alarms have been hard wired and every room has had sound board on the walls and ceilings. This house has been done properly and to a high standard. We are a fully licensed HMO and comply with all the council's regulations.

Holding deposit is £100 which will go towards the main deposit of £300 which is held by the DPS for the duration of the tenancy. If you do not take the room after putting the holding deposit down it is non-refundable.

All bills and wifi are included in the rent.

No special disabled access but 2 ground floor rooms. Kitchen is also ground floor.

Professional working adults only.

Sorry, we don't accept couples, smokers, students or pets in this house.
