Room available in 4bed flat with shared facilities

I have a room available in my 4 bed flat on the bottom of Portland. Its very large so plenty of room to roam and have your own space. Room comes unfurnished.. Rent is between £85-120dependant on what bills you want included. If more room is needed may be able to supply 2 rooms but obviously at an increased rent. Deposit would be required but may be flexible for the right person. Would have a preference for a monday to friday rent but may be open to negotiate. Basic amenities but there is everything here that is needed. Superb views and just across the road from the beach in Castletown . Email if more info needed. Ps the £85 a week rate is based on primarily a Monday to Friday rate in a large single room. Options are available for a double room also
