I'm looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy housemate who will treat the property as their home, respect my belongings and share responsibility for keeping the communal areas clean and well maintained.
The room would ideally suit a single working professional looking for a comfortable, peaceful home.
No smokers or vapers, please.
I should also mention that my 15-year-old son stays with me every other weekend.

£400 refundable security deposit required.
