The room is on the third floor of a beautiful guest house and has access to a private adjacent kitchenette facility which is shared exclusively between 3 rooms. The other 2 double rooms are currently occupied by AECC third year students (studying radiography) and we are looking for a female student/young professional for the third room. Outside CCTV in operation for security. Just 2 minutes walk to Southbourne cliff top and Southbourne Grove with its array of independent coffee shops and restaurants and 15 minutes walk to AECC. Regular bus service into Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. All bills (including wifi) included.
