Furnished single room available within spacious first and second floor maisonette. Ten minutes walk from the beach and very close to Southbourne shops and bus stops.

Shared family kitchen and bathroom which has both shower and bath. Garage space for one bike and access to the garden for drying clothes outside. All bills included, including broadband and TV licence. The room is furnished with a bed, built in wardrobe, shelves, chest of 'drawers' with wicker baskets, desk and chair.

Would suit student or professional.

House currently occupied by myself (female), my son and one female lodger. My mother and the cat live on the ground floor.

I’m into yoga, dance, meditation, massage/healing, travel, culture, nature and caring for myself, others and the planet we live on. I’m looking for someone who has similar interests.

We are an ethnically diverse three generation household (plus cat) living in a spacious Edwardian house in Southbourne.

We try to tread lightly on the earth so we don’t have matching crockery or chemical cleaners, but we do have a fiendishly complicated recycling system and will soon have solar panels. We would love to find a lodger who can fit in with this way of living.

The room is initially available for a six month let with a possibility of extending.
