A very nice flatshare looking for a very nice flatmate...
Discounted due to unintentional but occasional noise from kitchen above.

Hi there,

We're looking for a tidy, pleasant professional (or responsible/mature student) to share this lovely female flatshare with two other tidy, pleasant professional females - Someone who values a good, clean, safe, peaceful, relaxed home.

Preferably, we're looking for a longer term let, i. e. 6 to 12 months at a time... At least.

Your Room:
As stated, your room is a good-size double that is warm & cozy, clean and bright, & with lots of light and space.
The rent for these rooms is inclusive of all bills & council tax (Band B).

It is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk,& chair, armchair & bedside table.

The property:
It is a refurbished 3-bedroom ground-floor flat with a front and back garden, high ceilings, good size kitchen/breakfast room, laminate wooden floors, and a friendly, relaxed and homey atmosphere in a non-smoking house.

The spacious kitchen/breakfast room has all the usual white goods & basic facilities supplied, including plates, cups, pots, pans, utensils etc. It also has direct access from outside.
There's a bathroom with bath & overhead shower, toilet and basin and next to it is a utility room with a washing machine, Belfast sink and an extra toilet.

Location & Transport:
The flat is 15 minutes’ walk from Southbourne's beautiful, sandy beach. It's also just down the road from Southbourne Grove High Street, with all the shops and local conveniences you could want, including a Co-Op, Tesco’s Express and a wide selection of Cafés, Restaurants, a couple of pubs, breweries, bus stops and a library.
Every ten minutes there is a bus to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole, etc.
It's also only 15 minutes’ walk away from Pokesdown Train Station, with regular trains to Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton, London, etc.

This vacancy is offered to a single professional or mature student.

The rent includes all bills & council tax (Band B), plus 24 hour unlimited wireless broadband.

You may appreciate that this is not a wild party house but rather a home... Very friendly and casual but where tranquility is a good thing.

Currently, sharing the flat are two clean, considerate, professional females - V (44, English, paramedic) & A (29, Dutch, medical engineer).

Accepting payment of one month's rent in advance, with one month deposit.

Must be aware that there can be unintentional noise disturbance from use of the kitchen/breakfast room above by an elderly lady... Including occasional late night use & sometimes language-student mealtimes during the day.
