In short, we're looking for a tidy, pleasant professional, or responsible/mature student to share this lovely space - Someone who values a good, clean, safe, peaceful, relaxed, refurbished home in Southbourne, very near shops & the beach
All bills, council tax & WiFi included.
Free on-street parking.
References from employer & previous landlord requested.

Preferably, we're looking for a longer term let, i. e. 6 to 12 months at a time... At least.

Your Room:
As stated, they are very good-sized doubles - The last remaining bedroom is huge - warm, clean and bright, with lots of light and space.
The rent for these rooms is inclusive of all bills, WiFi & council tax (Band B).

Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk & chair, armchair & bedside table.

The property:
It is a refurbished 3-bedroom ground-floor flat with a front and back garden, high ceilings, good size kitchen/breakfast room, laminate wooden floors, and a friendly, relaxed and homey atmosphere in a non-smoking house.

The spacious kitchen/breakfast room has all the usual white goods & basic facilities supplied, including plates, cups, pots, pans, utensils etc. It also has direct access from outside.

There's a bathroom with a new bath & overhead shower, toilet and basin, and next to it is a utility room with a washing machine, Belfast sink and a aecond toilet.

Location & Transport:
The flat is 15 minutes’ walk from Southbourne's beautiful, sandy beach. It's also just down the road from Southbourne Grove High Street, with all the shops and local conveniences you could want, including a Co-Op, Tesco’s Express and a wide selection of Cafés, Restaurants, a couple of pubs, breweries, bus stops and a library.
Every ten minutes there is a bus to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole, etc.
It's also only 15 minutes’ walk away from Pokesdown Train Station, with regular trains to Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton, London, etc.

This vacancy is offered to a single professional or mature student.

The rent includes all bills & council tax (Band B), plus 24 hour unlimited wireless broadband.

You may appreciate that this is not a wild party house (also not a house of radical "woke" activists, lol) but rather a home... Very friendly and casual and where tranquility is a good thing.

Currently in the flat is a clean, considerate, professional Italian male - G (mid 30s, support worker with autistic adults) & a retired English female, F (mid 60s, likes outdoors & socialising).

Accepting payment of one month's rent in advance, with one month deposit.
