Current occupant is just myself and no pets, although I do occasionally look after my friends dog / cat so must be comfortable with animals potentially being around.

I work full time Monday to Friday - sometimes working from home. I’m quite a busy person so often in and out, but generally in bed by 10:30! Lots of plants around house and I work in conservation so would like someone who is environmentally conscious, happy to recycle and separate food waste for the compost bin.

Double bedroom available overlooking back garden with a pretty new dreams medium memory foam topper mattress on a metal framed bed. Room is furnished and has ample storage space plus built in wardrobe. Bedding can also be provided if needed. Amenities include shower and bath, dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, oven and induction hob, fridge freezer - shared access and use of garden / lounge.

All Bills will be included.

25 min walk to beach, 5 min walk to buses to Christchurch and Bournemouth. 30 min walk to train station. Ample road parking as not a through road, so also very quiet.
