I’m looking for a tidy, pleasant professional, or mature student to share this lovely house. It’s a clean, peaceful, relaxed, family home in Southbourne near shops & the beach. The living floor has been converted into a nice, large and private bedsit. My teenage children do visit mainly at the weekends but they will respect your privacy. You may use the large garden

All bills, council tax & WiFi included.
On-street parking.
References required.

Preferably, looking for a longer term let -6 to 12 months renewable.

Your Bedsit:

The downstairs room consists of dining room and lounge, which have been knocked through to create one large airy space. Warm, clean and bright, with lots of light and space.

The rent includes of all bills, WiFi & council tax (Band B).

Furnished with a double bed, large antique roll top desk, chairs, sofa armchairs & bedside table. The bed has large drawers and there is plenty of shelf space. Shared bathroom and kitchen and space will be allocated in both,

The property:

It is a refurbished 3-bedroom detached large house with a front and back garden, high ceilings, good size kitchen/breakfast room, natural wooden floors / carpets. Non-smoking

The spacious kitchen/breakfast room has all the usual white goods & facilities supplied, Can supply plates, cups, pots, pans and utensils. Can also instal a “tenant” fridge.

There's a refurbished upstairs bathroom with a new bath & overhead shower, toilet and basin. There is also an outside toilet

Location & Transport:

15 minutes’ walk from Southbourne's beautiful, sandy beach. It's also just down the road from Southbourne High Street, with all the shops and local conveniences you could want, including a Co-Op, Tesco’s Express and a wide selection of Cafés, Restaurants, a couple of pubs, breweries, bus stops and a library.

Would prefer a single professional or mature student and will not object to your respectful visitors. There is a sofa bed in the lounge and I will be happy for you to have occasional guests.

The rent includes all bills & council tax (Band B), plus broadband.

This is a family home. We are friendly and casual but not noisy (or nosey). We will respect your privacy and space and will work around you. We hope you will respect us too. I am a lawyer and work from a computer in my upstairs room most days.

This is a new experience, so please bear with me and ask if you need anything.

Will accept payment of one month's rent in advance, with one month deposit.
