Charming room by the sea in friendly home

I have a cosy single room available in my home, just 10 minutes walk from the beach in Southbourne. It's a cosy, characterful space with a comfy single bed, cupboard and handy storage with lovely natural lighting. It's a really lovely neighbourhood with a friendly street and a genuine sense of community.

It's a friendly, relaxed and tidy home. You'll share the kitchen and bathroom, and use the living room and garden like it’s yours too! There's fast Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and bus stops and beryl bikes just by the house for easy transport to and from town.

I'm Hannah, and I live here. I'm upbeat, respectful and like being out and about always doing something with friends or some form of activity. I respect people's privacy, but I'm always happy to chat over a cuppa. I'm looking for someone who'll feel at home here and treat the house with care.
