I'm looking for a tidy, mature person, ideally a professional or retired individual, to rent a double room in my well -kept 3-bedroom semi-detached home. I stay here just one or two nights a week, so you would mostly have the place to yourself.

About me:
I am a retired professional and an active 70 year old. These days I spend most of my time at my partner's house and will stay at the property one or two nights a week. I've always kept a peaceful, well-maintained home and I'm hoping to find someone like-minded who'll enjoy the space, and care for my cat whilst I am away. I'm friendly and respectful, and I'd like to find someone who's easy to live alongside, even if we won't cross paths very often.
