This is a self contained annex with its own entrance. There’s a Large bedroom with king size bed , en-suite, kitchenette and a living room with sofa and tv. Fridge freezer also included. The annex is attached to a main house where I (female 26) live with my dad however he goes away frequently. We also have a very friendly dog but she will not go into your living space which is completely separate. We also have a large garden which you would be welcome to use. It’s in a small village 2 mins from local pub and a 5 min drive into the town . Looking for a young professional female . Price includes all bills and council tax but negotiable within reason.
