Annex with double room , ensuit and living space

Looking for a female . This is a self contained annex with its own entry . Large bedroom with king size bed , en-suite and kitchenette with an air fryer, grill and microwave in one as well as a toaster and kettle . There is a small living space with small sofa and tv. Fridge freezer also included. The annex is attached to a main house where I (female 25) live with my dad however he goes away frequently. We also have a dog however she will not go into your living space . You would be welcome to use our washing machine and dryer when needed as well as our kitchen during agreed times . We also have a large garden which you would be welcome to use. It’s in a small village 2 mins from local pub and a 5 min drive into the town . Looking for a young professional female ideally aged 24-35 preferably . Price includes all bill and council tax . Price is negotiable within reason.
