We are a family run business with almost 60 combined years in the industry. We are warm and friendly people interested in meeting our residents face to face and building respectful, quiet, small shared communities for likeminded individuals. To give you some perspective of us we have brought 15 Ukrainians to our village and housed 12 of them in our own home. We still reside with 4 of them to this day. We have in the past taken homeless off the street and supported those most vulnerable in our society. To this day we help and assist others where ever we can. We have a strong social conscience and caring nature.
We can no longer engage with individuals on Spareroom without a profile or photo, those having multiple profiles, those with long distance profile photos shots where we can’t see your face, or wearing dark sunglasses and hiding your identity. Anyone having a long running advert for months or years, having a multitude of destinations and undecided where you wish to reside. Please leave us alone. and stop wasting our and your time any further so that we (Landlords) can concentrate on renting our rooms to the real, genuine applicants and individuals genuinely needing them.
For genuine applicants we will have a double sized bedroom available.
Whole house is furnished. Rates quoted are fully inclusive of all bills and for single occupancy only. This is an owner accessed, lovely detached house. The owners work away and only return one or two days a month using the property as a base and office sometimes staying over where space allows. It is situated in a semi-rural position between Weymouth & Dorchester, lying a short distance (100m) from the main Dorchester Road with good public transport links. Quiet location, off street parking, 3 x WC's, one en-suite, integrated kitchen appliances, lounge has an entertainment studio etc. Fully furnished with recent upgrade and quality fittings. All areas and facilities are available for tenants. We are looking for friendly, respectful individuals for a minimum of 12 months but preferably longer. The local area is beautiful and surrounded by open fields. A lovely village type community exists, largely revolving around the pub some 50 yards across the road. The house would best suit busy working professional with plenty of interests.
The cottage has a quieter atmosphere but there is plenty happening around the house in a friendly environment with professionals. Landlord pays council tax.
