Sunny furnished double room in Wallisdown

I have a light filled furnished double room for rent, with a shared bathroom and kitchen, a garden and off road parking, off Wallisdown road. It is a 10 min walk to Bournemouth University, and a very short walk to the main road which has a Tesco express, quite a number of takeaways, a launderette, a pharmacy, a pet shop and vet, Aldi, and hair dressers.

There are very good bus roots to both Bournemouth and Poole, Branksome and Ashley Road, and Oakdale.

I live right by a large heath for those that love walks and nature. The house is in walking distance to Rosemore Leisure Centre and Tower Park is a very short drive or bus ride away.

This is an animal friendly household, I have 2 very friendly staffies and 2 cats. The dogs are restricted to downstairs. The front door leads strait to upstairs so you won't come into contact with the dogs if you are afraid of dogs. they are however free the whole of downstairs including the living room, kitchen and garden.

I am looking for a considerate and quiet professional person or a mature student, that will be at work or is at the university during the day please. No working from home. You are welcome to use the kitchen but no cooking late into the night please as I have to be up early for work. If you do not want contact with the dogs please feel free to get a microwave and possibly an air fryer to avoid using the kitchen.

The room is for a single person, so no over-night friends or partners please.

There is timed central heating, hot water and unlimited internet/wifi. Bills are included in the price but this will need to be revised if there is an unreasonable increase in my household bills. the house is light with light catching large windows throughout the day, a secluded back garden that you are welcome to use.

The upstairs bathroom will be shared and I have a downstairs toilet as well. there is bedding but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. The room is furnished so unfortunately I don't have space for personal pieces of furniture so you may need to consider renting storage if you have any.
