Room to rent in bright modern airy four bedroomed detached house within walking distance of Wareham town centre.

Exclusive use of bedroom and bathroom, and often sole use of all communal areas as owner travels.

I would prefer someone for whom this is not their main home so would suit person who works down in the areas during the week and has a home elsewhere. But can stay some weekends by arrangement.
