King room available - spacious bungalow

A double room available with king size bed less than 12 months old, large built in wardrobe and extra chest of drawers, to join my lovely existing lodger in this spacious bungalow in a quiet location. Would suit a single professional looking for long-term rental. Female applicants preferred. I am a live-in landlady however spent most of my time at my partners so not around much at all.

Move in date TBC, likely to be December. Well behaved pet considered, please provide information on application.

Shared modern bathroom and spacious shared areas: lounge, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, oven, large fridge freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer. High speed broadband. Large enclosed and private garden, currently undergoing some improvements, and off road parking. All bills included. Will consider part time let (eg mon-fri).

Quiet cul-de-sac location, great neighbours, 25 min walk to west moors high street which has a lovely range of shops/cafes & two pubs. Local convenience store less than 10 mins walk, big Sainsbury’s and Lidl 15-20 mins walk. Market towns Ringwood and Wimborne 10 min drive in each direction. Lots of lovely walks from the door, including the west moors plantation, Castleman Trailway and moors valley. Easy access to A31- Southampton just over 30 mins drive, Bournemouth just over 20 mins drive or Dorchester 45 mins drive.

A bit about the current tenant:

Hi! I’m Ange. The dream is one day to have a retirement village for all animals, but for now i will stick to the 9-5.

I’m friendly and chatty, im happy to be sociable but also respect the need for someone's peace and space, for an hour after work thats i want i like, time to decompress. I’m very easy going and low drama! Myself and current housemate like to keep the home clean and tidy and as homely as we can, we like this to be our haven of calmness and hopefully you will enjoy that to.
I try to work in the office as much as possible, however there are days where i will work from home, this can include evenings but i will simply take myself off to my room so not to invade your space.
Weekday evenings I tend to just relax with dinner and TV. Weekends are for a glass of wine and relaxing seeing friends and family and weather allowing, enjoying the garden.
