The annex has a private entrance on grounds shared with the owners. It is ideally suited to working professionals. For a couple there will be an additional charge. Price quoted is for single occupancy. Tennant will be responsible for paying monthly Band A Council tax.

The windows to your bedroom and living space look out onto an area of the garden we rarely inhabit, and is sheltered by some large trees.
Outside the front door there is a seating area which overlooks the garden area. You may see us from time to time as that area overlooks the big garden, we are friendly and you’re welcome to come and say hello!
We are situated on a dead-end lane so it is very peaceful with lovely walks over open countryside. (A note: due to its close proximity to Bournemouth airport, please expect some overhead noise at times. We have grown accustomed to it and much prefer the irregular plane noise to consistent traffic/street noise)
We have plenty of room on the driveway for your car. And a shed space to keep bikes/scooters too.
The lane has easy access to a Lidl, Tesco express and a beautiful local pub. Ferndown town centre is a 5 minutes drive or 15 minute cycle away with lots of facilities including a library. West Parley is on a main bus route to Bournemouth, Wimborne and all local areas.
