There are two shared kitchens in the property, one with dining area, there is a separate lounge/TV room , wireless broadband and free-view TV to all rooms.
Sunny courtyard garden with rear entrance.
On road car parking only, suite non car owner as buses to all areas are very close by.
The property is immaculate, and the communal areas are cleaned weekly.
The rent includes all bills and a deposit is required.
The housemates living in the property at the moment are all Female Professionals and are very nice people.
It is a very happy house.
Please note it is a strictly non smoking property.
