My flat is 5 minutes walk to the beach, 8 minutes to the train station, 20 minutes to any major supermarket and 15 minutes walk to the town centre.
I'm ideally looking for a lodger who is a professional, quiet, clean and respectful. I also have an old cat that will probably mind her own business.
