Double bedroom and a private bathroom in a 2 bed.

I am looking for a lodger for my double room in my 2 bed flat. It has solo use of the family bathroom, a double bed, wardrobe and desk. You are are welcome to use the living room and you have a designated parking space.

I will be away most of the time but come back every two weeks. It will like having the flat to yourself
My flat is 5 minutes walk to the beach, 8 minutes to the train station, 20 minutes to any major supermarket and 15 minutes walk to the town centre.

I'm ideally looking for a lodger who is a professional, quiet, clean and respectful. I also have an old cat that will probably mind her own business.
