Well Appointed Shared House - Weymouth

We have a have a centrally positioned, close to train station, well presented shared terrace town house with one bedroom available. This is a medium sized double room. Whole house was refurbished a few years ago the property is in lovely order throughout. Facilities are state of the art with both cabled internet and Wi-Fi to each room. Full fire alarm and sprinkler system. This house is arguably one of the safest shared houses in Weymouth. Friendly and respectful professional hardworking people live there in a quieter, clean and tidy environment. This isn't a place for regular party goers or any untidy individuals that prefer not to clean. The lounge, dining and kitchen areas are all large open modern and comfortable areas. Tenants operate a communal kitty (over and above rent) for consumables, cleaner etc which is generally another £50 to £80. The landlady & landlord live mostly some 100 miles away but are regular visitors to the property (at least once a month), staying overnight occasionally and have full and free access to the property, ensuring that the house is well maintained, managed, clean & tidy.
