Single room available, in lovely, modern, clean, tidy house. Room is downstairs away from other bedrooms and has use of downstairs bathroom too. Currently has a single bed, an arm chair, book shelf and clothes rail. Space for desk and/or tv unit.
Female household, shared with myself and my 15 year old daughter.
We have a small Cavapoo dog who is very friendly and a cat who is also really sweet. Lodger needs to like pets.
I am vegetarian although my daughter isn't but we prefer no raw red meat in the house and no to stinky fish!
Otherwise, we are really accommodating. Have always shared our house with others and created some wonderful friendships with previous lodgers.

We are 25 mins walk to town, less than 10 min walk to Weymouth college, 15 mins from the beach and have nature reserves either side of the house.
In just a 5 min cycle you can be on cycle path which will take you all the way to Portland off road.
Lovely area. Friendly neighbours.
It is a terraced house so noise needs to be kept to a minimum after 9pm as young children next door.
Council tax band B £1947 a year- exemption available for students with the correct forms.
