Mature person prefered. Clean and tidy, a must. No parking, no garden, but a small outdoor terrace off kitchen with bench seat. Room available through till April 2026, possibly longer depending on the lodger. Grade II listed building. No smoking but vaping allowed if not too overpowering flavour scent. We are a fully recycling household so you should be too.
