I have a double bedroom to let on the ground floor of a house, the rooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and a chest of drawers.

The house is clean, tidy and finished to a good standard. There is a garden to the rear. The house is a 5 minute walk to the town centre and 10 minute walk to the train station.

The rent includes:

- gas
- water
- electric
- high speed internet
- council tax
- cleaner

The house also has a garden to the rear. Working people preferred.

Tenants will be required to pay a deposit (equivalent to one months rent) and the rent for the remainder of the current month before they move in.
