En en-suite bed sitting room available, this is situated in an annex attached to our B & B, with your own garden area, shared kitchen/diner. There are 8 en suite rooms in the annex, Ground floor rooms have patio door into the garden, It’s fully furnished with tv .. double size bed for single occupancy and All bills are included in the price and WiFi, carpark at the property.
Our current tenants have been with us, on average for 1 - 3 years and are all professional working people.
There is a laundry room on-site and a fully stocked kitchen/diner
You only have to move in and you can be up and running the same day,
We are approximately 3 miles from Wool. 8 miles from Dorchester and Weymouth.
