En en-suite bed sitting room available, this is situated in an annex attached to our B & B, with your own garden area, shared kitchen/diner. There are 8 en suite rooms in the annex, Ground floor rooms have patio door into the garden, It’s fully furnished with tv .. double size bed and decorated to a high standard. All bills are included in the price and WiFi, carpark at the property.
Our current tenants have been with us, on average for 1 - 3 years and are all professional working people.
There is a laundry room on-site and a fully stocked kitchen/diner
You only have to move in and you can be up and running the same day,
We are approximately 3 miles from Wool. 8 miles from Dorchester and Weymouth.
