You would be sharing the house with 3 other people who are all under 30. We are a friendly, open-minded, non-smoking professional household who all enjoy sports, music, cooking and arts.
I'm a very easy-going, relaxed landlord, and am used to sharing my home with other people. I'm looking for a clean, respectful professional person with a positive outlook, who likes to socialise but who also values privacy and quiet. This isn't a party house or somewhere with locked rooms and rotas. It's a home!
The house is a 10 minute walk from beautiful Merrick Park in one direction, and Charminster high street with its bars, cafes and restaurants in the other. Stokewood gym and the tennis courts are 5 minutes away, and the railway station, town centre and beach are within easy walking distance.
The bus route close by goes to Bournemouth and Poole town centres, castlepoint, and also routes to JP Morgan, University, Bournemouth hospital, and the train and coach station.
