There are 1.5 shared bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, garden and outhouse. My other room is occupied by a lovely NHS worker. Open to flexible lodger agreements - just ask.
Someone with the same working hours as us preferred (9-5pm Mon-Fri) as saves on energy use. Would suit a professional or sensible student. Must be tidy and clean.
