Hello, I'm an experienced live-in landlady (39) and teacher. The Hardthorn area is 4 mins from town centre by car, 6 to DGRI and 14 to the college. A tesco and Aldi are nearby. Ample driveway space for everyone.

Come and share my spacious and modern home. All bills included. Fortnightly cleaner included, so no chores. There are two living rooms, 1.5 shared bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, garden and outhouse that is being made into our own pub. My other room is occupied by a lovely teacher. Open to flexible lodger agreements - just ask.

I would prefer someone with the same working hours as us (9-5pm Mon-Fri) to save on energy use. Would suit a professional or sensible student that's tidy and considerate. A liking for dogs and openmindedness is essential.
