Room has large built-in storage cupboard (shelving and wardrobe). It's close to the bathroom on that floor (no other bedrooms without ensuites on that floor so it's rarely used by other tenants).

The house is on 4 floors so plenty of space. Big, shared sitting room, bright kitchen with French window to the yard with bicycle shed.

The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a washing machine and dryer as well as a clothes line outside.

The tenants are peaceful, considerate and responsible.
