House is peaceful, tidy and comfortable, on a quiet street, just off Dumfries town centre, within easy walking distance of railway station & supermarkets. Secure and sunny private yard with bicycle/ store shed. Free on-street parking and a free public car park nearby.

Rooms have large built-in storage cupboards (shelving and wardrobe). Two have ensuite (shower, basin and toilet) - £650/mo and £695/mo. The third room (£595/mo) is close to the bathroom on that floor (no other bedrooms without ensuites on that floor so it's rarely used by other tenants).

The house is on 4 floors so plenty of space. Big, shared sitting room, bright kitchen with French window to the yard with bicycle shed.

The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a washing machine and dryer as well as a clothes line outside.

The tenants are peaceful, considerate and responsible.
