Both rooms have double beds and large built-in storage cupboards (shelving and wardrobe). One room has ensuite with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and toilet. Other room is close to the bathroom on that floor (no other bedrooms on that floor so it's rarely used by other tenants).

The house is on 4 floors so plenty of space. Big, shared sitting room, bright kitchen with French window to the yard with bicycle shed.

The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a washing machine and dryer as well as a clothes line outside.

The tenants are professionals and a student - peaceful, considerate and responsible.

Rent includes all housebills (utilities, council tax, superfast wifi, licence for communal TV, waste disposal and water). There is a washing machine & dryer. House is double glazed with gas central heating.

Although the tenants are friendly, the house is not suitable for parties (working people).

Pets would be welcome if it's not considered a problem for their welfare or that of other tenants/the landlord.

NB This house has an HMO licence so is safe (re fire, gas, electricity, drinking water, legionella etc) and has valid insurance for more than 2 unrelated tenants.
