The large garden is good for a barbecue and, as well as the main part of the garden, there is a secluded lawned area behind the shed for sitting in the sun or hanging out washing

Separate games building has 2 rooms with pool table, table football, air-hockey, darts etc. A third room has some gym equipment.

There' s a wooden garage with a padlock for storage of bicycles, canoes etc.

House is on east side of town 2 mins drive / 6 mins walk to supermarket, 5-8 mins drive/bus journey to town centre (bus stop outside house), 20 mins walk to town centre, easy access to A75 ring road. 2.5 miles from Mountainhall and Crichton campus.

No parties as everyone works, but inviting a peaceful friend for a visit, or a couple of friends to the games building, would be fine.

There is 24 hours emergency call-out cover and a weekly cleaner for shared spaces.

Rent includes utilities, wifi, council tax, laundry, TV licence for shared TV, council tax, water, waste collection. (all housebills).
There's a Tv aerial point in the bedroom and a shared Tv in the sitting room.
