House is on east side of town 2 mins drive / 6 mins walk to supermarket, 5-8 mins drive/bus journey to town centre (bus stop outside house), 20 mins walk to town centre, easy access to A75 ring road. 2.5 miles from Mountainhall and Crichton campus.

No parties as everyone works, but inviting a peaceful friend for a visit, or a couple of friends to the games building, would be fine.

There is 24 hours emergency call-out cover and a weekly cleaner.

Rent includes uitilities, wifi, council tax, laundry, TV licence for shared TV, council tax, water, waste collection. (all housebills).
There's a Tv aerial point in the bedroom and a shared Tv in the sitting room.
