The High Street, Loreburn shopping centre and bus stop are just a few paces from the back door of the house. There are 2 supermarkets quite a short walk away and the railway station is within walking distance.

The ensuite room has a wonderful curved wall. The ensuite has shower in cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin. Both rooms have large built-in storage - with shelving and hanging rail. These rooms have big radiators and are well-insulated so can be very warm if required. The room with wash basin shares a bathroom (next to room) with just one other room (bath with shower above, toilet and basin) and there are 3 shared bath/shower rooms on other floors.

House has 2 well-equipped shared kitchens, washing machines and dryers and a large shared sitting room.. It's a big house on 4 floors so there's plenty of space.

Wifi is a business contract with 4G backup.

The house is well-maintained, warm, clean, comfortable and has central heating and double glazing.

Rent includes all bills (council tax, utilities, washing machines & dryers, licence for shared TV, water, waste disposal and wifi as above). 24 hour emergency call-out service and weekly cleaner for shared spaces.

There are 2 kitchens and these are uncrowded, and the sitting room is also big and uncrowded.

The current tenants are friendly and considerate professionals and 2 mature students. They keep the place clean and tidy and there's a happy and friendly atmosphere. Professional or sensible student would be welcome.

Not suitable for parties as everyone is in employment/serious studies. A visit from a peaceful friend would be fine.

Non-smoking or strictly outside only.

NB This house has a current house of multiple occupation licence which means that it's safe (re fire, gas, electricity, drinking water, legionella etc) and has valid insurance for more than 2 unrelated tenants.
