There are washing machines and dryers.
Wifi is a business contract with 4G backup.
The house is well-maintained, warm, clean, comfortable and has central heating and double glazing.
Rent includes all bills (council tax, utilities, washing machines & dryers, licence for shared TV, water, waste disposal and wifi as above). 24 hour emergency call-out service and weekly cleaner for shared spaces. You just need to pay for your food.
The current tenants are peaceful and considerate professionals and there's a friendly atmosphere. Professional or sensible student would be welcome. The biggest room can have twin or couple occupancy for additional £50/month ie £385 per person.
Not suitable for parties as everyone is in employment/serious studies. A visit from a peaceful friend would be fine.
