The non ensuite room has own wash hand basin (not ensuite) and the bathroom, across corridor, is shared with just one other clean person.
There are washing machines and dryers.
Wifi is a business contract with 4G backup.
The house is well-maintained, warm, clean, comfortable and has central heating and double glazing.
Rent includes all bills (council tax, utilities, washing machines & dryers, licence for shared TV, water, waste disposal and wifi as above). 24 hour emergency call-out service and weekly cleaner for shared spaces. You just need to pay for your food.
The current tenants are peaceful and considerate professionals. They keep the place clean and tidy and there's a friendly atmosphere. Professional or sensible student would be welcome. The biggest room can have twin or couple occupancy for additional £50/month ie £385 per person.
Not suitable for parties as everyone is in employment/serious studies. A visit from a peaceful friend would be fine.
