These rooms are huge, light and very comfortable. The magical penthouse room has the best of both worlds - a great view over river and parkland from its window to the front of the house, and the High Street, Loreburn Shopping Centre and bus stop are just a few paces from the back door of the house.

The lower floor ensuite double room (£400/week - single or couple) also has a very welcoming and warm feel. It has bath with shower above, wc and basin in the ensuite. The penthouse room has its own basin and the shower room/toilet next door is shared with just one other, very clean and tidy, tenant who has own basin (£720/mo). There are 2 other shared bathrooms on the floors below so no queues.

If required, there is plenty of space for us to add a second bed for 2 friends to share the room. Small surcharge for 2 occupants in penthouse room.

House has 2 well-equipped shared kitchens, washing machines and dryers and a large shared sitting room, It's a big house on 4 floors so there is plenty of space. TV aerial point in bedroom.

Wifi is a fast business contract with 4G backup so very reliable.

The house is well-maintained, clean, warm, comfortable and has central heating and double glazing.

Rent includes all bills (council tax, utilities, washing machines & dryers, licence for shared TV, water, waste disposal and wifi as above).
24 hour emergency management service and weekly cleaner for shared spaces.

The current tenants are friendly and considerate professionals and a sensible mature student.

House has a friendly atmosphere but is not suitable for parties as everyone is in employment/serious studies. A visit from a peaceful friend would be fine.

Landlord has video of whole house. It's too large to put onto this site but anyone is welcome to request the link to this from the landlord.

Non-smoking or strictly outside only.
Pets would be considered and accepted if the landlord believes there will be no problem for the pet, the other housemates or the landlord.
