The room has a double bed and ensuite shower and wash hand basin (2 toilets are shared with 4 others)
It's south-facing with a big new double-glazed window so is light and warm.

The broadband/wifi is very good - BT Business superfast (priority over other providers at peak times) with 4G backup for uninterrupted cover if the fibre goes down.
We provide 24 hour cover for emergencies. Weekly cleaner.

Rent includes all house bills (council tax, utilities, communal TV licence, water, waste disposal, wifi and washing machines and dryers).

Not suitable for parties as everyone is in employment but a visit by a peaceful friend would be fine.

Current tenants are considerate and friendly professionals.
