We provide 24 hour cover for emergencies. Weekly cleaner for shared areas.

Rent includes all house bills (council tax, utilities, communal TV licence, water, waste disposal, wifi and washing machines and dryers).

Not suitable for parties as everyone is in employment but a visit by a peaceful friend would be fine.
