Rent includes housebills (gas, elec, water, council tax, licence for TVs in shared rooms).
Washing machines & dryers are coin-operated - (£4 to wash, 50p to dry - commercial machines - large loads). Other housebills are included in rent.
Wifi is fast (business broadband with fast maintenance service and 4G backup).

Management team provides 24 hour emergency call service.
