The underfloor heating has an in-room thermostat and the room is light with 2 windows. The house is comfortable, warm, peaceful and clean with a calm and friendly atmosphere.

Tenants are considerate professionals and 2 sensible students.

There are two large, well-equipped kitchens and a separate utility room, main large sitting room and separate TV room. Wifi. Sunny place to sit outside.

Rent includes all housebills (gas, elec, water, wifi council tax, licence for TVs in shared rooms), except washing machines & dryers are coin-operated - (£4 to wash, 50p to dry - commercial machines - large loads).

Management team provides 24 hour emergency call service and there's a weekly cleaner for the shared rooms.
