All rooms except one have full ensuites (shower, basin and toilet). The other has private shower room (shower, toilet and basin) across the corridor - it's great for couples..
Rent includes housebills (gas, elec, water, council tax, licence for TVs in shared rooms). (£40-£60/mo surcharge for couple).
Washing machines & dryers are coin-operated - (£4 to wash, 50p to dry - commercial machines - large loads). Other housebills are included in rent.
Wifi is fast (business broadband with fast maintenance service and 4G backup to give wifi at all times).

TV aerial point in all rooms.
Management team provides 24 hour emergency call service.
Not suitable for parties as everyone is in employment/serious studies but the tenants are friendly.
