This has coin-operated washing machines and dryers at £3 to wash a large load and £1 to dry - big commercial machines - large loads. Other housebills are included in the rent (utilities, council tax, wifi, waste disposal, water, TV licence for TV in sitting room etc)
24 hour emergency callout service.
Weekly cleaner of communal areas.
Not suitable for parties as everyone is in employment. Visit by a peaceful friend for an evening would be fine.
