The cottage shares a big car park with a larger shared house (Hollybank). The cottage has a kitchen and there is a big shared sitting room in the larger house as well as the utility room. This has coin-operated washing machines and dryers at £3 to wash a large load and £1 to dry - big commercial machines - large loads. Other housebills are included in the rent (utilities, council tax, wifi, waste disposal, water, TV licence for TV in sitting room etc)
