This room is in a cottage which shares a car park with a larger shared house (Hollybank). The cottage has a kitchen and there is a big shared sitting room in the larger house as well as the utility room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers at £3 to wash a large load and £1 to dry - big commercial machines - large loads. Other housebills are included in the rent (utilities, wifi, waste disposal, TV licence for TV in sitting room etc)

The room is available for a single occupant.

Not suitable for parties as everyone is in employment. Visit by a peaceful friend for an evening would be fine.

The cottage has a licence for a house of multiple occupation so is safe, and has valid insurance, for 3 or more unrelated tenants in the 5 rooms (all rooms are for single occupation).
