I am renting out a room in my 5 bedroom house in Alexandria. **Please note Alexandria is a 45 minute train ride from Glasgow and 5 minutes from Balloch/Loch Lomond. The double room is furnished and has storage. There is a TV in the room. The room is not ensuite but has a shower room next door which is not used by anyone else living in the house. The kitchen/dining room and living room are shared. The price would be £600 pcm and this includes council tax/heating/broadband and Sky TV. Pets are welcome. I am 49 and looking for a polite, tidy and friendly lodger.
