Room available in harbour view apartment

Hi everyone, we have a room available in our lovely 3 bedroom apartment overlooking the harbour. The kitchen/living/dining room is open plan, there are two bathrooms both with showers, and a separate laundry area with a washing machine. We are both over 30 and looking for someone who is kind, considerate, clean and tidy. The rent is £415 a month, including water, gas, electric and broadband. Council tax is divided between all the housemates. For those of you who are not familiar with Aber, the location is perfect - 100 yards to the beach and walking distance to just about everywhere.
