Room to Let in Aberystwyth student house

Looking for a friendly flatmate to take the final room in a 4‑bed flat share. You'll be joining a progressive and relaxed group of second year Aberystwyth students aged between 18 and 22 who are all respectful and kind. All serious about studies and non-drinkers.

The flat is located on St Michaels Place, a short walk from both the town centre and South Beach, making it a great spot for getting around Aberystwyth.

The flat has one shared bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and sink. The available bedroom also has its own sink. It’s located on the ground floor and has a window that opens onto a small patio area. There’s a communal living/dining room and a separate kitchen.

I'm listing this room which I currently rent from Padarn Letting Agency, They will handle the contract and all official paperwork. The rent is £420 per month and utilities cost £27 per person per week.

Current housemates are all 2nd year Aberystwyth students studying Creative Writing, Film and Art. A tidy and quiet bunch who rarely drink but do enjoy house dinners and hikes on occasion
