Looking for a friendly flatmate to take the final room in a 4‑bed flat share. The flat is a short walk from both the town centre and South Beach, making it a great spot for getting around Aberystwyth.

The flat has one shared bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and sink. The available bedroom also has its own sink. It’s located on the ground floor and has a window that opens onto a small patio area. There’s a communal living/dining room and a separate kitchen.
