The apartment has its own private balcony overlooking the meadows – a lovely place to sit outside and enjoy the rural views.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer, making Barcud particularly well suited to longer stays and anyone wanting a genuine home-from-home rather than simply a room.
There are two bedrooms:
• Main bedroom with Super King-size zip-and-link bed, which can also be arranged as twin beds
• Second bedroom with a single bed and sturdy built-in bunk beds
There is also a family shower room with shower, toilet, heated towel rail and illuminated bathroom cabinet.
The open-plan living area provides comfortable sofas and seating, together with dining space for up to five.
Barcud would particularly suit professionals, contractors, couples or others requiring comfortable furnished accommodation in the Devil's Bridge / Aberystwyth area, either for an extended stay or while working in the area.
Please note: this letting is for the private use of Barcud Apartment only. It does not include access to the additional holiday-let facilities elsewhere at Tynrhyd, including the hot tub or games room.
Longer stays are welcome and an appropriate longer-term rate can be discussed depending on the length and circumstances of the stay.
