Double bedroom in a large stone built house

Modernised (nearly comeplete) stone built house. Large garden, being modernised too. Veggie plot, poly tunnel and greenhouses. Welcome to share/use and help grow your own veg. Would suit sociable people who enjoy company.

Occupant is a retired horticulturalist, the landlord visits for a couple of days a week. There is a pet, cat, who visits most evenings for dinner :)

Lounge, dinning, kitchen breakfast area, conservatory, bathroom (shower only), 4th bedroom set up as home office that is used a couple of days a week, so would suit home worker. Utility room needs to be rebuilt but will have shower, wc whb and washing machine.

Well insulated, with solar pv. Woodburnber in lounge. Small well provisioned kitchen. Its cosy.

House is nearing completion so a little patience wis needed.
