Double room

The pink double rooms (see pictures) is available now. The black double room (see pictures) will be available 22th Dec. The rooms are comfortable, in a lovely home, in a quiet village. 12 mins drive to Glangwili hospital, 8 miles from Carmarthen centre and 10 mins drive to the National Welsh Botanical gardens or about the same to Brechfa forest. Please be aware that although my house is an easy route to these places, it does require you to be a car driver as the bus service is infrequent and goes into Carmarthen town centre. It doesn't go past the hospital.
The room would suit a professional on short contract, someone wanting a short break/holiday/rest or someone between houses, jobs or relationships. The 2 rooms take up the entire upstairs and there are no other renting rooms in the house.
The rooms are set apart from the landlady's (me) suite. The house sits in a 22 acre small-holding farm and there are ducks/chickens outside and a friendly dog indoors. All bills are included. Parking is available.
