2 Double bedroom available. One bedroom has it's own living room. The house is a 15 min walk to the UNI, 3 min walk away from the town centre and 10 mins walk to the train station.

The rooms are partly furnished with bed, mattress and a wardrobe. There is plenty of space in the 2 rooms.
The shared areas of the house have all the basics that you need: fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine/tumble dryer. TV, sofa, table, chairs and a cleaner that comes once a week to clean the communal areas.

There are 2 bathrooms in the house (1 with a shower) meaning there is never a queue for the bathroom. There is parking in debenhams which you can pay yearly.
