The bedroom has a small double bed (not a single) and has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside drawers with bedside lamp. As most of the tenants often work nights, the window has blackout blinds in addition to the curtains. A duvet, 2 pillows, and 2 sets of bedlinen will be provided.
There are showers in both bathrooms.
The rent is payable in advance and includes gas, electricity, water, rates and WIFI.
The house has easy access to a lovely public park behind the house with views over the River Towy.
