Double Furnished Room in Rural Property Carmarthen

Hi, If you are looking for somewhere a bit more peaceful this could be for you. Situiated rurally the house is situated between Carmarthen and Newcastle Emlyn. My previous lodgers have mainly been NHS who have moved on rotation, or have gone on to take more permanent property in the area.
Its about a 15 minute drive to Glangwilli hospital, and 25 minutes to Cardigan.
Whilst there is no bus running through the village, There is off road parking.
Whilst this room has a shared bathroom immediatly adjacant , I do have a room with an ensuite becoming available in a couple of months.
There is a shared kitchen / seating area and access to washing machine and tumble dryer. We have a cleaner who comes in once a week to clean the communal areas (this is included in the rent) All bills and wifi are also included in the rent.
This room overlooks the rear garden which you are welcome to use.
Please be aware there are two friendly dogs who live at the property, but these are not allowed upstairs. I am a live in landlord and keep the dogs out of the way with me . (unless like some of my lodgers you are a dog person and like a fuss)
Rent is payable monthly in advance on the 27th of the month,
