Your en-suite, double room is spacious, stretching from the front to the rear of the house, with good natural light from windows at both ends. The desk overlooks woodland and the sea, a great spot for writing, working, or simply relaxing. The shared kitchen is newly redecorated and the shared bathroom (inc. bath & shower) is newly fitted. The house also has a PIV system that circulates fresh air throughout.

The back garden opens onto peaceful, undeveloped woodland stretching all the way to the coast. Through the trees you’ll catch glimpses of the sea — a tranquil coastal backdrop.

Local Area
You can catch the local bus right outside the house taking you anywhere you need to go in Goodwick or Fishguard. Just a short stroll or 2-minute drive to the train station, seafront, cafés and shops, the Ocean Lab aquarium, Goodwick Moor nature reserve, and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. The ferry to Ireland is only 3 minutes’ drive away. This is an ideal base for exploring coastal walks, sandy beaches, and the stunning Pembrokeshire National Park.

Free parking space:
Right in front of the house with no through traffic, as it’s a side street exclusively for street residents.

I like to leave guests to their own devices though you’re warmly welcome to ask if you need anything. Generally I, and sometimes my girlfriend, will be here during your stay.
