2 Double Rooms With Shared Office Space

📍 Location

Located near the cricket club, this is a large 3-bed house with a shared office space in the attic.

* A kitchen with a lovely cooker and a new dishwasher
* A large garden
* A (not-so-waterproof!) garage
* Separate storage spaces and cupboards in the attic, so feel free to make the most of them!

👨🏻‍💻 Office space disclaimer

The office is accessed via a loft hatch and ladder, so it won’t be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. It can also get pretty warm in the summer, so that’s something to bear in mind.

🛌 The rooms

Room 1 is extremely large and also features a spacious built-in wardrobe. If you prefer a bit more space, this room would be perfect for you. There’s plenty of room for a large desk and a set of drawers, so storage shouldn’t be an issue.

Room 2 is a smaller double, big enough to fit a double bed and a small set of drawers. You’ll also benefit from a built-in wardrobe.

(Both rooms come unfurnished, however I can be flexible with this).

🙋‍♂️ The people

You’ll be living with me and one other housemate once both rooms are occupied.

I’m Jon, a 27-year-old professional who sometimes works from home. I’ll likely be splitting my time between here and Bristol quite frequently, so you might not see me every day!

I’d like to live with people who aren’t particularly heavy drinkers and who appreciate a calmer atmosphere, including at weekends.

I’d be open to considering pets, but this would be at my discretion!
