The room is a beautiful, fully furnished, double room with views, in a shared house with 2 professional females in Swiss Valley, Llanelli. Current lodger is only at home 2/3 nights a week. Professional female preferred as the current residents are both female.

Shared bathroom, lounge, utility room and kitchen. South facing garden with covered decking area and fire pit.

All bills included plus fibre broadband, NOW TV in lounge, fridge freezer, cooker, tumble dryer and washing machine available.

My house is 4 miles from M4/train station, 1.5 miles from Prince Phillip hospital and 2 miles from Trostre retail park/bus station. New leisure centre, coastal path and beach nearby.

2 minute walk to local pub, 15 minute walk to Swiss Valley reservoir which has lovely walks, paddle boarding, a coffee shop and sauna. I have a small very adorable dog, so you must like dogs please.
