Beautiful, fully furnished, double room with views in shared house with 2 professional females in Swiss Valley, Llanelli. Current lodger is only at home 2/3 nights a week. Professional female preferred. Shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen. South facing garden with covered decking area and fire pit, fibre broadband, tumble dryer and washing machine available. 4 miles from M4/train station, 1.5 miles from Prince Phillip hospital and 2 miles from Trostre retail park/bus station. 2 mins from local pub, 15 min walk to Swiss Valley reservoir which has lovely walks, paddle boarding, a coffee shop and sauna. I have a small dog, so you must like dogs. Short term lets/small dog considered.
